Hibiscus Waimeae - Kokiʻo Keʻokeʻo

Kokiʻo Keʻokeʻo - An exquisite native Hawaiian hibiscus, Hibiscus waimeae is native to the island of Kauaʻi.  The beautiful 4" white flowers have a red stamen, and are often heavily scented.  This hibiscus was used extensively in early Hawaiian hybridizing.  It is highly recommended to tip prune the bush (always at an angle) as it will grow into a tree if left untended.  It will do best if planted in the ground, and needs regular watering.
