Hauʻoli Makahiki Hou! Happy New Year!

Aloha friends and family and welcome to 2017! Our year here at Hibiscus Lady Nursery is starting off just right, with a gorgeous new first bloom...first time on the planet! She is scented, she is a hot pink double, she has small white "snowflakes" dancing around her petals, and nested in between some of her petals is a very pale pink cluster of small petaloids surrounding multiple pollen sacs. Wow! As a big bonus, she has large gorgeous glossy leaves.

Of course we will be evaluating her over many months to make sure sheʻs as gorgeous consistently as we think she is, but at least for now her working name is Sweet Kalei.
